    Logic Technology Development (LTD) Manufacturing is seeking highly driven and disciplined individuals to spearhead the development and growth of the new LTD IQ Program.

    As an IQ Program Project Manager (Install & Qualification), you will have direct influence over the success of Intel's IDM2.0 and 5N4Y goals (5 Nodes in 4 Years) by driving technical solutions and orchestrating daily tactical operations across all Functional Areas and IQ phases (Config/Selection, Design, construction, ESO, and Qual).

    You will manage the factory tool install schedule through a newly formed IQ Ops organization, teams of IQ Segment Leaders, and indicators/KPIs to meet performance against schedule to BIC ROW durations (Best In Class; Rest of World).

    The IQ Project Manager will establish operational continuity across Oregon's cutting-edge semiconductor development factories through common training systems and tight collaboration with factory managers, support teams, and IQ personnel. You will also manage tactical execution, performance, and career development of IQ Engineering Technicians and contingent workers (CW).

    Job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

    • Driving area initiatives to meet safety, quality, and end-to-end execution across the IQ environment from tool concept/selection to MRCL ("Miracle").

    • Developing and eventually leading a new factory organization called IQ Ops, chartered to reestablishing IQ performance and culture through crisp tactical execution.

    • Facilitating IQ Segment Leader forums and taskforce initiatives to set factory priorities, drive accountability across multiple teams, and demonstrate performance to schedule.

    • Grow as a first-level manager of direct reports through 1:1s and mentorship programs.

    • Partner with external organizations (Global Supply Chain, Factory Infrastructure, Fab Construction Enterprise, EPCOT, and Functional Area process Engineering Managers) on facility design optimization, construction execution strategies, and performance to durations.

    • Define the IQ Program strategic execution roadmap and execution practices for multiple Tool Install areas to meet TD and Ramp milestones.

    • Develop and fully implement organizational roles and responsibilities for optimal Program execution.

    • Promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Strive for organizational continuity (remove silos).

    • Standardize and transfer IQ operational models and business practices across Oregon's LTD, ATTD/WATD, and CR factories.

    • Lead operational and technical presentations to convince large audiences through problem/resolution, intense data analysis, and reporting (e.g. Power BI).

    Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must meet one of the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or related STEM field

    OR

    • 12+ years of Intel semiconductor equipment Install/Qualification experience, process module engineering, or manufacturing engineering/operations experience.

    AND

    • 5+ years of experience in the following:

    • Semiconductor equipment Install/Qualification experience, process module engineering, or manufacturing engineering/operations experience.

    • Project planning expertise through MS Project, Wrike, Excel, or similar.

    • Semiconductor supplier performance management, Supply Chain, and equipment procurement experience.

    • Experienced in Autodesk Design Review/CAD, schematics, and complex drawings diagrams.

    • Experience in computer software, Microsoft Office, and data base entry.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master or PhD degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or related STEM field

    • Power BI data integration and reporting expertise.

    • 5+ years of experience with team leadership through focus teams, taskforce engagements, and peer mentorship programs and leading a team in a technical environment.

    • Versed in Lean six sigma and FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis). Project management certification (PMP), a plus.

    Working Model

    This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
