We are currently seeking a Communications Designer to join us in crafting compelling, high-quality designs for a variety of internal audiences within Apple's hardware development organizations. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about collaborating with communication experts, production partners, and executive stakeholders to support both executive and organizational communication needs. Whether it's designing presentations, emails, websites, or occasionally flyers and video content, your work will play a crucial role in maintaining Apple's distinctive aesthetic in all internal communications.

Key Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of design experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating an ability to manage high volumes of work without sacrificing quality.

• Proficient in key design software, including Apple Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.

• Creative and innovative thinker, with work examples that showcase an aesthetic aligned with Apple's visual identity.

• Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, able to transform complex communication challenges into compelling visuals.

• Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively within and across teams.

• A general understanding of technology and enthusiasm for working with technical subjects, ideally with some familiarity with hardware development concepts.

Description

In this role, you will: Design and produce engaging Keynote presentations, website UI/graphics, emails, and occasionally flyers and video content that meet Apple's high standards for design and communication. Partner closely with key business and cross-functional stakeholders across two large hardware development organizations to define and execute on their communication needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Apple's aesthetic standards. Identify and implement design and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of internal communications. Manage projects from ideation through to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs. Experience and Skills Work examples that demonstrate expertise in presentation design, web design, and/or other visual communication materials. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work across various channels and projects.

Education & Experience

While formal education in design or a related field is valued, it is not a requirement for this role. We prioritize creativity, passion, and a strong portfolio of work.

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700.00 and $212,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
