You Are:

An entrepreneurial thinker and visionary leader, with your finger on the pulse of the latest technology solutions. You're not afraid to think outside the box, and you've guided many clients through their digital transformations. There's a depth and breadth to your knowledge of digital products and implementation options ?- and you're generous about sharing that wisdom with colleagues. Communication and people skills? The Work:

• Produce attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients' businesses

• Plan, design, and build complex digital road maps

• Combine an understanding of the business and tech side of industrial software with your working knowledge of development methodologies?like Agile and Waterfall

• Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation

• Develop architectures, estimates, staffing, and implementation plans , evaluating the pros and cons of different approaches

• Lead small teams to be responsive and efficient.

Here's what you Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an information systems environment, technical skills in one or more of the following technologies: PLM/MES/MOM/PLC/SCADA/SDV and delivery experience in AO/SI and Infrastructure.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in at least 2 or 3 of the following major industries (Automotive, utilities/chemicals/oil-gas/Energy, Consumer Goods, industrials, pharma/life sciences, health and public services, Communications, Media, High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities ) and expertise on Consulting/Systems Integration/ Application Development/ Application Maintenance Solutioning.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping, experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, co-creation session, and expert in formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions, Product/Concept selling and Pre-sales/Solution Architecting,

• You have communication superpowers (speaking, writing, and listening) and you're passionate about collaboration and teamwork

• You have confidence and poise in spades, and an ability to relate to board level executives

• You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops

• Experience delivering large and complex areas mentioned above

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth ~~~ accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
