Human Resource Specialist

We have an outstanding position for aHR Specialist / Recruiting . Need to have experience with Recruitng in the government space, Need to be located in the VA/DC/MD area, 100% remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Office.

• Need to have staffing and recruiting experience, prefer someone to have recruited for a government contractor.

• Responsibilities include functional areas such as departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment and employment.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience for government contractor

• Experience with onboarding, and HR

• Excellent communications skills

• Experience working within HRIS system

Pay 31-32.00
