  • Description

    This position will focus more on the back-end side of HR with file (electronic and paper) organization & maintenance responsibilities, processing mail by forwarding and/or responding to various government agencies (i.e. UIA), directing employee questions to self-service portals or the proper HR team member, putting together the company newsletter, preparing paperwork for orientation, meetings, training, etc. and possibly assisting with hourly recruiting.

    • Filing paper and electronic documents

    • Processing mail

    • Filing unemployment

    • Data entry

    • Office duties

    • Payroll

    • Handling internal inbox to assist with employee questions

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience within HR Coordinator positions or HR internships

    • 1+ years administrative skills (MS Office, filing, preparing paperwork, etc.)
