Compensation: $70-85k

About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing company in the manufacturing industry, committed to delivering high-quality products that enhance the lives of their customers. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial modeling and forecasting in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, monitor budget variances, investigate discrepancies, and provide explanations to support budgetary control.

• Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports, including monthly/quarterly financial statements and performance metrics, to senior management.

• Business Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, providing financial insights and guidance to support business initiatives and decision-making.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CMA, etc.) is a plus.

• 2-5 years experience in Accounting/Finance

• Manufacturing experience

• Advanced Excel skills

• Large ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Etc.)
