  • Job Title: Director of Maintenance

    Job Description

    Join our dedicated team in providing top-notch aircraft maintenance. As the Director of Maintenance, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet of aircraft to ensure the safe and timely transportation needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inspections, AOG maintenance, managing communications with the FAA and our management team, and ensuring the meticulous documentation of all maintenance and repair actions. Availability during non-standard hours due to our demanding schedule is essential, as is the readiness to travel when necessary.

    Hard Skills

    • Minimum 5 years' experience with aircraft maintenance and inspections specifically on Learjet aircraft

    • Minimum 10 years' experience within the aircraft maintenance industry

    • Familiarity with FAA regulations

    • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

    • Experience in documentation and record-keeping

    • Able to perform multi-tasking effectively

    Soft Skills

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills

    • Excellent communication and team coordination

    • Self-motivated with effective time management

    • Availability for day shift as well as on-call nights/weekends as required

    This is a permanent position.

    Work Site

    This is a fully on-site position in a hangar-style environment in Clearwater, Florida.
