    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for our desktop computing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. This team supports 1000+ end users providing complete issue resolution (L1-3). Day to day varies from phone/email, project-based work to walk-ups and C-level executive support

    Responsibilities will include

    *Responding to calls, tickets and emails to troubleshoot reported issues in a helpdesk environment.

    *Answering tickets via phone and email and own resolution of all of the issues.

    *Troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining desktop applications.

    *Support new and existing workstation (RTO projects, office moves)

    *Network connectivity troubleshooting

    *New printer set up

    *O365: Exchange, Email Distribution lists etc

    *Supporting current Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suites.

    *Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
