Data Entry Clerk

Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our team by accurately entering and updating data in our systems. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in our databases and systems accurately and efficiently.

• Perform routine data entry tasks, including inputting alphanumeric data from various sources.

• Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors as needed to maintain data integrity.

• Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

• Adhere to data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your data entry skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, or similar field.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a professional setting.
