Customer Service Representative (Hospitality)

Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our client's establishment, providing warm greetings, personalized assistance, and attentive service to our guests throughout their stay. From assisting with reservations and check-ins to addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, you'll play a key role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.

• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.

• Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and amenities.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area for guests to enjoy.

• Uphold high standards of service excellence and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred but not required.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.

• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations is a plus.

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is an asset but is not required
