The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is answering inbound calls, responding to clients via email, and providing world-class client service. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Representatives must interact directly with VIP clients via phone and email quickly and professionally.

• Must organize workflow to meet customers' needs.

• Present a solution-focused mindset, striving to provide the white glove experience.

• Manage customer accounts by keeping clients up to date on their purchases or resolution of their concerns.

• Direct unresolved issues to designated resources.

• Use of multiple computer-based platforms for researching and noting.

• Email management and correspondence.

• Professional and courteous communication with internal and external sources.

• Must have the ability to handle a difficult phone call and communicate effectively in challenging situations.

Skills

• Outlook (2 years of experience is required)

• Microsoft Word (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Microsoft Excel (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Customer-facing experience (1 year of experience is required)
