    What You Will Do:

    • Ensure timely completion of required GSA / GWAC reporting, including IFF and Contract Access Fee (CAF) reports.

    • Meet contractual reporting requirements in accordance with established deadlines.

    • Retrieve IFF and CAF reports from COGNOS or other relevant systems.

    • Analyze the data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights related to contract performance.

    • Report sales on the GSA Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) System.

    • Ensure accurate and compliant reporting.

    • Report CAF on the GSA CPRM system.

    • Monitor and track CAF metrics.

    • Review contract documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

    • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve potential issues.

    • Provide assistance during GSA audits and Contractor Assistance Visits (CAV).

    • Ensure all necessary documentation is readily available.

    • Collaborate with account teams, project managers, finance, accounting, and subcontracts.

    • Maintain customer relationships and educate sales teams on contract-related matters.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in contract management or finance.

    • 1+ years' experience analyzing and creating financial reports from Cognos or Costpoint.

    • 2+ years of hands-on proven expertise in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to building Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and comparing and analyzing data from multiple tables.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Understanding of different contract types, including Fixed-Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF).

    • Working Knowledge of MS SharePoint.

    • Working knowledge of GSA Schedule terms and conditions.

    • Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe (including editing functions), and MS SharePoint.

    • Knowledge and execution of GSA Schedules' compliance requirements.

    • Experience interacting with GSA PCO, ACO and IOAs.

    Professional Skills:

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage a variety of projects.

    • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and leadership.

    • Strong organizational skills, including problem resolution and reading comprehension.

    Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

    $57,737.00 - $98,153.00
