Construction Superintendent

TYPICAL DUTIES:

1. Lead crew through hands on example.

2. Plan work schedule, determine manpower levels, materials quantities, equipment requirements, etc.

• Monitor work performance and productivity of crafts as well as equipment usage and maintenance for safety compliance, quality of the work, profitability, etc.

• Review foremen time cards and verify accurate coding.

• Advise senior level supervision and project management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties, potential change orders, etc. Assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.

• Fluent in detail knowledge of costs associated with the particular discipline on the assigned project.

• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
