Our client is looking to add a Superintendent to their team. Qualified candidates must have strong interior construction experience. 5+ years of experience as a superintendent for high end interior construction. Project will be scattered in the DC, NOVA and MD market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client is currently looking to add an experienced superintendent to their team. Superintendent will be responsible for running commercial interior tenant fit out projects along with occasional ground up projects. They will range from retail, office, medical spaces. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent. Position will be responsible for managing all day to day on site work. Will be overseeing multiple subs on the site and a given time. Will be responsible for maintaining schedule and budget on the project. Daily reports and progress meetings with owners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as commercial construction superintendent (interiors)

-Blueprint Reading

-Daily report writing

-Subcontractor Management

-Schedule Management
