Responsibilities

Construction Project Manager

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. Project managers coordinate with other departments and entities to accomplish project goals.

• Develop project schedule to monitor and track progress

• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs

• Review drawings, specifications and proposals and provide value engineering solutions

• Liaison between Crash Champions, contractors, and landlord

• Manage contracts with vendors and contractors

• Interface with finance department

• Collaborate with architects and engineers

• Ensure all local, state and building codes and regulations are adhered to

• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or a similar position

• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated and self-directed

• Precise attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple projects

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Able to lead and manage employees

• Travel at least 25%

• In office role
