CNC Machinist High Speed Milling

We at Adecco are working with a Industry leading manufacturer in the Lawrenceville, Ga area who are looking to fill a CNC High Speed Milling position. These are 1st shift positions with pay at $20-$25 per hour with a possibility to earn more based on your experience/tenure.

Core Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate precision CNC High-Speed Milling machines, in accordance with approved and safe work procedures.

• Plans and schedules work, as well as, sets up equipment and tools, using a variety of devices, machine attachments and fixtures.

• Machines precision steel parts and electrodes out of copper and graphite.

• Ensures conformance to specifications utilizing CMM, height gages, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices to adjust tools, to produce drawing specified dimensions and ensure overall quality.

• Evaluates results and quality to ensure parts are in specified dimensions and tolerances.

• Completes work orders, associated documents and labor as required.

• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements to minimize downtime, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.

• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of the operation processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED

• 3+ Years' Experience in High-Speed Milling

• Journeyman Certification a Plus

• Experience on Mikron High-Speed Milling machines a Plus

Shift - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Temp To Perm or Direct Hire

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
