We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Des Moines, IA. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and instruments. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. Openings on all shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd! Pay Range:$16-$25 an Hour. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints.

• Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications.

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.

• Keep accurate records of production activities and materials used.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
