Civil Inspector Water

• Materials Construction Inspector

o 5-10 years of inspection exp.

o Some inspection materials expereience in soils, pavement, or concrete is required.

o Municipal experience is preferred.

o We have a large project in Apache Junction. Not a requirement, but it will be a plus to anyone hired if they live there or in the area. Less driving every day until that project wraps up.

Responsibilities

? Perform routine field inspections for the purpose of verifying conformance to construction plans and

specifications.

? Monitor, observe, and record the work performed daily.

? Attend various meetings as needed related to projects.

? Resolve construction field conflicts.

? Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects.

? Maintain and take care of all company issued equipment and vehicles.

? Other duties assigned by Entellus supervisor.

Qualifications

? Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision

? Valid driver's license and reliable driving record

? Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing

? Standing and walking for long periods of time

? Use a company provided computer or tablet for entering data

? Willingness to learn and adapt to changes

? High School Diploma or the equivalent

? Suitable to work outdoors, especially in Arizona summer temperatures.

? A can-do attitude and willingness to work overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

? 1-2 years of experience in a construction-related field.

? Experience working on civil infrastructure projects.

? OSHA 10-hour construction safety certificate.
