    Change Management Specialist

    We seek a highly organized and motivated Change Management Specialist to join our team to support a thriving cohort-based skill-building program. This position is vital in enhancing the program's success by providing critical administrative, data analysis, and technical support. You will thrive in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication expertise will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    Change Management

    • Utilize change management methodologies, focusing on fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

    • Assess organizational learning needs, strategize development plans, and integrate these initiatives seamlessly into broader change management practices.

    • Guide and support individuals and teams through the change process, addressing concerns and facilitating open communication.

    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive and resilient organizational culture during periods of change.

    Instructional Design

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information for curriculum development.

    • Employ instructional design best practices to create engaging and interactive learning materials.

    • Engage in iterative design processes, incorporating participant feedback to enhance curriculum effectiveness.

    • Conduct needs assessments to identify existing training and curriculum gaps and propose improvements.

    Data Collection & Analysis

    • Design and implement effective mid-term and post-course evaluation surveys for participants, facilitators, and presenters (skills coaches).

    • Analyze evaluation data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.

    • Prepare and present data visualizations and reports for program stakeholders, highlighting actionable recommendations and lessons learned.

    • Leverage data to inform program adjustments and optimize participant outcomes.

    Program Support

    • Manage program logistics, attendance tracking, participant onboarding, and facilitator communication.

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for program data and progress.

    • Document weekly team meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-up.

    • Coordinate logistical details for program participants, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

    • Manage tasks in Jira, keeping the platform organized and up to date and providing updates at weekly Jira calls.

    Technical Support

    • Provide proficient technical support to facilitators with Microsoft Teams, including managing permissions, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating breakout rooms.

    • Maintain and organize program-related channels and resources within Teams and the program's SharePoint site.

    Facilitation & Communication

    • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, ensuring effective communication and comprehension of material.

    • Foster a participative learning environment by adapting facilitation techniques to meet diverse learning styles and participant needs.

    • Foster clear and concise communication with program participants, facilitators, presenters (skills coaches), and internal stakeholders.

    • Present data and program insights in a compelling and actionable manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 15 years of experience in change management, learning, and development, or organizational development role.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

    • Experience with project management tools like Jira is preferred but not required.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, focusing on building rapport and clear written and verbal communication.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams.

    Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

    $92,986.00 - $158,076.00
