    SCOPE OF POSITION:

    As an Organizational Change Management Lead at Construction Specialties, Inc., you will work in collaboration with the Program Management team, to play a crucial role in guiding our organization through strategic transitions and transformations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, as well as Communications and Training leads, to develop and execute change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of changes, mitigate resistance, and achieve desired business outcomes. You will focus on stakeholder engagement and change communication activities for the ERP transformation.

    Change Strategy Development

    • Sponsorship enablement and leadership alignment. Collaborate with ERP leadership and ERP Core team to define change objectives and develop comprehensive change management strategies.

    • Conduct impact assessments to identify stakeholders, risks, and potential barriers to change.

    • Regular updates with ERP leadership on strategy and tactical progress.

    • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

    • Create and deliver clear and compelling communication plans to inform and engage employees at all levels on the ERP implementation rollout.

    • Build a team of key "champions" to represent local training activities and change management needs.

    • Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and ensure alignment for all ERP change initiatives.

    • Manage feedback channels and address concerns proactively.

    Change Implementation

    • Monitor the progress of all ERP change initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary, to align with phased rollout of ERP to North America.

    • Identify and address resistance to change through proactive interactions, interventions, and support.

    • Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.

    • Collaborate with ERP Core team to ensure seamless integration of change management plans with program rollout timelines.

    • Managing change impact - process from collection to education to impacted stakeholder groups (with support of Core Team and Change network)

    Measurement and Evaluation

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of change initiatives.

    • Use data and feedback to continuously improve change management strategies.

    • Make necessary adjustments to change management workshops and change methods.

    • Documentation and Reporting

    • Maintain comprehensive records of change management activities and outcomes.

    • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on the status of change initiatives.

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    • Proven experience in managing change for large scale transformations, with a minimum of 5-7 years.

    • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to build and promote alignment across leadership, Core team, third party vendors and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    • Project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in change management software/tools is a plus.
