Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81900 - $110600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day casino operations to ensure seamless gaming and non-gaming activities.

• Optimize workflows and enhance operational effectiveness in collaboration with department heads.

• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Ensure strict adherence to gaming regulations, stay informed about industry developments, and address compliance issues proactively.

• Collaborate across departments to uphold service standards, manage budgets effectively, implement cost-saving measures, and oversee security protocols for guest and asset safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in casino operations.

• Thorough understanding of gaming regulations and industry trends.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
