    The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation using ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology, attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

    Work you'll do

    The practitioner will be responsible for solution-level business, systems, and data architecture models using the DoDAF standard to support a major client. Expectations include design and development of Operational Viewpoints (OV) and Systems Viewpoints (SV) with a focus on Line of Business current and future state analysis and ideation. The practitioner must demonstrate proficiency using architecture modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional responsibilities include:

    • Representing a Line of Business using DoDAF-based architectural renderings

    • Produce Line of Business Profiles to consolidate DoDAF-based architectural renderings

    • Produce views within the DoDAF Operational Viewpoint (OV), Systems Viewpoint (SV), and Data and Information Viewpoint (DIV)

    • Proficient in building DoDAF OV-6c views (i.e., Business Process Models) using the latest BPMN standards

    • Sit in on governance meetings to represent the business, systems, and data architectures (in current and future states) for the assigned Line of Business.

    • Lead collaboration sessions with government and contractor personnel to obtain and/or validate data contained in architecture products. Perform associated comment adjudication, approval, and incorporation.

    • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Initiate and execute on multiple tasks, and work effectively, both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.

    • Function effectively and efficiently within small teams as needed to gather information to support architecture analysis and design.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 1+ years of prior experience in Enterprise Architecture utilizing DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) (v.2.02) or similar frameworks

    • 1+ years of prior consulting experience.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
