  • Description:

    Searching for a Building Engineer to perform maintenance at a pharmaceutical facility in Andover.

    • Monitors building system operations and performance using skills such as plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling on equipment such as air handlers, chillers, pumps, valves, etc.

    • Organizes and performs preventative maintenance schedule

    • Monitors, operates, and performs wrench work on wastewater treatment equipment (if licensed in that specific trade).

    • Manages energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems efficiently in order to keep operating costs at a minimum

    • Maintains the building lighting system and oversee controls.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in facilities maintenance trades (HVAC plumbing, electrical, etc.)

    • Trades license required - ie. MA Refrigeration, Journeyman's license, wastewater license, etc.

    • Experience with monitoring building automation controls.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include customer service

    • Experience with on-call work preferred for unexpected emergency situations

    Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm
