Bookkeeper

Description There's an exciting opportunity for a professional Bookkeeper through Robert Half at a growing firm. This short-term contract / temporary Bookkeeper role is being offered by a Lomita, California based company.

What you get to do every single day

• Support quality archived records by filing documents

• Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

• Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

• Appease accounts by balancing entries

• Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

• Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

• Maintain and balance general ledger Requirements - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks

• Experience using accounting software
