Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Collections Specialist. Your role will involve maintaining accurate customer credit records, processing customer credit applications, and resolving customer credit inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound collections calls efficiently and professionally

• Process customer credit applications ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Utilize commercial collections skills to increase efficiency

• Perform numeric data entry tasks as necessary to support department operations

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to collections

Requirements

• Experience in a Collections Specialist role or related field for a minimum of 1 year

• Proficiency in commercial collections

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

• Proficient in using computer software and databases related to the role
