Bilingual Front Desk Clerk/Administrative Assistant

TEKsystems has an exciting new opportunity for a front desk associate at a non-profit small-business lending organization in Albuquerque. Please apply if you have prior experience in the financial industry and strong customer service skills!

Description

-Sitting at the front desk, greeting customers, assisting customers in paying off portions of their loans (by accepting credit cards or cash)

-Other administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, replenishing snacks and water, and helping out around the office.

-Making connections between the public and their lenders.

-Business Casual

-M-F, 8am-5pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

-Bilingual in Spanish and English

-1+ year of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Front Desk role

-Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

-Someone who can work independently but also call and ask for help if they need it

NICE TO HAVE

-Previous experience working with PPP loans

-Experience in the financial industry
