AutoCAD Drafter

Our client, a water and water waste systems integrations company is seeking an AutoCAD Drafter to join their team. As an AutoCAD Drafter, you will be part of the Pre-Commissioning team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be team oriented, flexible and be willing to assist in other areas, as needed which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter

Location: Frisco-McKinney Area, Texas

Pay Range: $30.00 - 35.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Work closely with the project implementation team to meet project specifications and technical requirements

• Develop and maintain a library of commonly used panel components to streamline design of future panels

• Assist Engineering in development and enhancements of company-wide standards

• Convert Drawings from AutoCAD to PDF

• Utilize Microsoft office to import Bill of Materials and other documents into AutoCAD

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience with Drafting for panels, controls, and electrical circuits

• Thorough understanding of electrical schematics and electronic controls

• Keep up to date on current technology and software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc)

• Working knowledge of AC/DC power distribution

• Electrical understanding of relay logic
