Prestigious San Jose firm is looking for an attorney via Robert Half. Previous real estate, business, or trust litigation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

Requirements

• Expertise in Complex Business Litigation

• Proficiency in Civil Litigation Experience

• Estate planning experience highly desired

• Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Real Estate

• Defending Depositions experience

• Licensed attorney

• Above-average academic credentials and references

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
