The Customer Service I reps will be responsible for taking inbound calls and scheduling technicians.
They will be taking roughly 25-35 calls per day that will last between 3-15 minutes depending on the call.
They will working with bank tellers, brand managers, or store employees to help resolve the issues over the phone.
They'll also take tier I calls when there is overflow from the other departments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1 year of customer service experience - preferably with dispatching or tech support
40 WPM (typing test)
HS Diploma (resume)
