    The Associate Project Manager will be reporting to the Site Manager in Memphis TN. The primary purpose of the Associate Project Manager, is to develop, implement and manage business strategies that effectively utilize the site resources to achieve its mission in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering and Facilities Maintenance. This includes the supervision of the Facilities cleaning staff. The focus of the position is for continuous improvement of our Memphis facility.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    • Maintain information flow throughout the company on facility issues.

    • Responsible for space allocations to meet site PD growth.

    • Manage overall office facilities Buildings Site to ensure that facilities are safe and clean for employees and visitors.

    • Act as primary interface with Integra PD site management.

    • Manage the current vendor relationships and help to identify other useful external vendors as required.

    • Assist with developing facilities department budgets. Track costs throughout the year.

    • Assure compliance to corporate safety programs including ergonomics, emergency response and evacuation planning, etc.

    • Implement contracts for facility equipment maintenance, janitorial services, security services, etc. as needed.

    • Address building emergencies such as plumbing, air conditioning, building health, etc.

    • Manage building security issues, including maintaining building keys with employee list.

    • Work with contractors to maintain cleanliness of labs and general office space.

    • Established budget and accurate spending projections, managed within capital and operating resources and able to identify significant capital spend requirements during budget preparation.

    • Works with finance to identify the life remaining in significant capital assets to properly maintain and write down.

    • Develop/ Maintain relevant KPI for Facilities and report progress and plans in front of the Corporate Leadership Team.

    • Schedule and coordinate the actions and projects of the facilities staff to effectively service the needs of the manufacturing, administration, engineering, and management groups.

    • Ensure effective and high-quality data maintenance in our CMMS System.

    • Write and maintain facility standard operating procedures.

    • Ensure proper documentation of records for facilities department activities.

    • Maintain and support building security, security systems, and fire systems and alarms.

    • Implement and support 5S and Continuous Improvements objectives.Interface with key contractors for service, repairs and agreements for the facility and grounds.

    DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

    ·Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering or equivalent experience.

    ·3 plus years of diverse Facility Management operations experience, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment.

    ·Experience in new GMP site startup, GMP commissioning and GMP validation. Comprehensive understanding and experience in startup, shutdown, and Maintenance of ISO 5, ISO7 and ISO 8 Clean Rooms Facilities. Management of facilities equipment repair/ preventive maintenance programs as well as TPM program implementation.

    ·Relevant experience in generating RFI/RFQ, SOW, specifications, value engineering, project budgeting, and construction cost estimate.

    ·Relevant experience in working with local/regional architects, designers, MEP engineers, structural, specialty professional engineers

    ·Proven success in managing and delivering cross-functional tasks with effective liaison between EH&S, IT, Security and Procurement, including external contractors, vendors, professional consultants, and Fire/Building/Planning/governmental agencies

    ·Capital expenditure and project management experience.

    ·Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all environmental and safety laws and regulations, including the Company's environmental and safety policies and procedures.

    · Must be able to understand GREEN building initiatives.

    · Strive for continuous improvement on facility and labor standards.

    TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

    Oracle R-11 and R-12, MS Office, MS Projects, Autoclave Sterilization (preferred), (HVAC preferred), and CAD.
