Job Title : Assistant Chief Engineer

1st Shift Role : Monday - Friday (8AM - 4:30PM)

WILL TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT FOR 2 WEEKS (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY). They will then switch to usual shift and train with Sr. Tech.

Pay Rate: $45.00/hr

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Preventative Maintenance, SOP, Work Orders

Description:

• Assistant Chief

• Very strong experience in Building Automation Systems. (Setting up trends and alarms, troubleshooting issues, Making adjustments to control points.)

• Needs to have a experience in the following HVAC system, Chillers, Boilers, DX cooling, VAV's.

• Understands and troubleshoot the Refrigerant cycle ( what causes low/ high pressure, low/high super heat)

• Understand the relationship between supply and exhaust airflow.

• very strong experience in Building Automation Systems. (Setting up trends and alarms, troubleshooting issues, Making adjustments to control points.)

• Needs to have experience in the following HVAC system, Chillers, Boilers, DX cooling, VAV's. Understands and troubleshoot the Refrigerant cycle ( what causes low/ high pressure, low/high super heat)

• Understand the relationship between supply and exhaust airflow.

• Needs to be able to supervise the engineers and maintenance techs but also have a willingness to teach
