    A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Health Sciences (ATSU-ASHS), Physical Therapy seeks applications for non-exempt adjunct faculty. Licensed Physical Therapists who are interested in education and have the following qualifications will be considered: AZ Physical Therapist License preferred, APTA member preferred, previous teaching clinical/academic preferred; must have expertise in area of teaching and/or ABPTRFE specialty certification; must demonstrate current knowledge and expertise in area of teaching; DPT degree or advanced academic degree beyond entry-level physical therapy degree required for residential DPT program.

    In general, adjunct instructors are used to assist the primary ATSU faculty members with teaching in the skills laboratories in the neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, patient handling, movement sciences, imaging, pediatric, gender health, and integumentary areas of practice. Physical therapists with recognized expertise in special topic areas may also lecture on a topic and assist in the related laboratory experience.

    Please note that adjunct positions are only filled on an as-needed basis.
