o Bid reports
o Utility letters
o Pre-construction documents
o Shop drawings
o General correspondence letters
Answer phones
Provide backup and assistance to other secretaries
Project filing on Network filing system
Administrative support, Microsoft office, Clerical, Filing, engineering support, engineering administration, adobe acrobat, Scanning, Microsoft, Administrative assistance, Administration, Data entry, Support, Administrative skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years' experience in a professional and preferably technical setting
Outstanding proofreading skills
Well-versed with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
Use of File Transfer sites such as Google Docs and DropBox
Experience with creating and editing PDF documents in Adobe or Bluebeam
Intermediate Level
