Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description

As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable function and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments. You'll play a key role in maintaining financial stability and supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices accurately and timely.

• Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or irregularities.

• Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
