Overview

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

You will report directly to the Controller. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties that includes processing high volume accounts payable, posting and coding, routing invoices for approval, vendor setup and maintenance.

• Vendor setup and including collection of W-9's

• Reviews invoices and check requests for appropriate coding

• Process check requests

• Vendor reconciliations

• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

About You

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2 years' experience with full cycle AP (from data entry to check processing)

• 1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience

• Proficiency in Accounting software, Great Plains experience preferred
