Logistics company located off the New Bern Station from the Lynx is seeking an in office, contract to hire Accounts Payable Talent. Once converted at on or before approximately 3 months, the role will come with full time benefits which includes meidcal, vision, health, FSA/HSA 2 weeks of PTO, seperate sick time, 10 holidays + 4 personal days and a couple of retirement plans options. Responsibilities

Assist with AP

Help director of finance with month end closing

Help with Procurement and purchasing

AP Focus on invoice matching and resolving disrepancies thorugh written and verbal interaction between various departments and different vendors when needed

Reconcile requisitions, PO's, invoices, and payments monthly.

Run AP/AR reports monthly

Post to 6 different General ledgers

Reconcile reimbursed expenses

Skills

• Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)

• Month-End Close (3 years of experience is required)

• Reconciliation (3 years of experience is required)
