  • FULLY REMOTE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - CONSULTING ASSIGNMENT

    A rapidly growing global pharmaceutical organization is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their team!

    Position Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

    Location: remote opportunity - MUST BE LOCATED IN EAST STANDARD TIMEZONE

    Industry: Pharmaceutical

    Qualifications - Must Have!:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience

    • Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud - MUST

    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills

    • Purchase order knowledge and matching experience

    • Located in Eastern Standard Time zone - MUST

    Responsibilities Include

    • Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices, process vendor requests, and initiate payment runs

    • Coordinate and process 200+ invoices per week

    • Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding

    • Collaborate with other departments to obtain timely approvals of invoices received and resolve invoice discrepancies correctly.

    • Assists in month-end close process to help complete close according to schedule

    • Responds promptly and appropriately to all vendor inquiries including following up with business partners on outstanding invoices

    • Supports internal and external audits for the AP process (i.e., sales tax audits, annual audit)

    • Conduct other special projects as requested
