Accountant

This Accountant will be responsible for monthly cost accounting processes and financial statement preparation. As an Accountant a typical day might include the following:

Under direct supervision:

• Perform month end close tasks including account reconciliations, journal entries, and analysis.

• Perform accounting tasks for fixed assets including recording, tracking, and monitoring company assets.

• Prepare analysis of financial results for management review.

• Prepare and/or assist with preparation of budgets, projections, product cost analyses, and other analyses, including recommendations to management

• Assist with special projects.

This job might be for you if:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• You are motivated and self-directed.

• You have experience with Excel.

• You have knowledge of accounting and finance principles, theories, and concepts based on educational experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Fixed asset and/or cost accounting experience.

Pay Range Data

Accountant $58,200 - $91,200 per year. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
