Senior Project Controls Analyst
Develop, implement, maintain and enhance project controls for the Company's medium to large Generation, Transmission and Distribution projects and programs. Implement these controls effectively and in an economical manner to achieve the desired outcome. Ensure compliance with regulatory and PGE requirements. Coordinate, communicate and interact with various PGE departments and groups, outside contractors/vendors as required to ensure scheduling, cost control, regulatory, reporting and other project requirements are met.
Experience and Required Skills: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in engineering or related field, 5 years of field experience with large Generation, Transmission and Distribution construction projects, 5 years of experience with construction project scheduling software (Primavera P6), developing/updating schedules, resource projections, and cash flows; 5 years of experience with financial systems software (PowerPlan), and managing project budget/forecast/ cash flow. 5 years of experience in utility accounting, procurement and budgeting.
Or Master's degree in engineering or related field and 3 years of experience as listed above. Experience can be gained concurrently.
